You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Prior to returning something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel.
Returned items that are not accompanied by an official Return Authorization number may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with every part included.
Preowned items are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate.

our layaway program is an agreement in which the seller reserves an item for a consumer until the consumer completes all the payments necessary to pay for that item. Deposits are non refundable due to buyers's cancelation of the purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
